Personal Data Processing Policy

Effective from 31.05.2026.

This Policy explains what visitor data the ratstudio.dev website (the “Site”) collects, for what purposes and on what legal grounds, and what rights visitors have. The Site is a marketing website operated from Armenia; because it also targets users in the Russian Federation, this Policy reflects the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Operator

2. What data is processed

The Site is informational (marketing) and has no sign-up forms, user accounts, or on-site payments. Personal data is collected only in anonymized form via the Yandex Metrica web-analytics service:

• cookies and similar identifiers (including the anonymous Yandex Metrica client ID);
• IP address, browser type and language, device and operating system type;
• referral source, pages viewed, on-page actions (clicks, scrolling);
• date, time and duration of the visit.

The Site does not collect your name, email, phone or other contact details through forms — contact happens via external channels (Telegram, email), where processing is governed by those services’ own rules.

3. Purposes of processing

• analyzing traffic and user behavior to improve the Site and its content;
• evaluating the effectiveness of traffic sources and marketing materials;
• ensuring the technical operation and security of the Site.

4. Legal grounds

Web-analytics data is processed based on the user’s consent, expressed by continued use of the Site after being informed (the cookie notice), and on the operator’s legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Site.

5. Sharing with third parties

Web-analytics data is processed by the Yandex Metrica service (Yandex LLC) under the terms published by that operator. Personal data is not shared with other third parties except as required by law. The operator does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising targeting on third-party platforms.

6. Retention

Web-analytics data is retained for the period set by Yandex Metrica (by default up to 26 months), after which it is anonymized or deleted. Cookies are stored in your browser for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.

7. Your rights

• obtain information about the processing of your data;
• withdraw consent to web-analytics processing by disabling cookies in your browser or using a blocker;
• request rectification, blocking or deletion of your data;
• lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

8. Managing cookies

You can stop Yandex Metrica from collecting data by blocking cookies in your browser settings, using private/incognito mode or dedicated extensions, or the official Yandex Metrica opt-out blocker. See the Cookie Policy for the list of cookies.

9. Changes to this Policy

The operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
